A bug. And my junkyard cat that belonged to someone a few houses down, but now it roams outside and hangs out in my back yard because my wife and I feed it

If that's the case, which I believe it is, how about a picture from the back? I'm pretty sure here in the USA they were only available in 73 and 74 with the "elephant foot" taillights and gigantic front turn signals.
That one definitely has the smaller turn signals and I've never seen any other taillights on those things. I'm also not sure if that has something to do with where, or when, it was, but I think you lucky guys had them first.

thank you!! It had a bull bar in front of the manufacturer name on the grille. And it did say "Rocky" on the fender. It was bugging me so hard because I wanted to say komatsu but they make excavation equipment lol.
Super neat looking little car, probably fun for offroading
