So I added 2" coil spacers and new shocks to accommodate them. The transmission skid plate had to be removed because the drive shaft would have rubbed on it. Any recommendations for a full undercarriage skid plate? What do you like?
That doesn't make any sense to me. Only 2"?So I added 2" coil spacers and new shocks to accommodate them. The transmission skid plate had to be removed because the drive shaft would have rubbed on it. Any recommendations for a full undercarriage skid plate? What do you like?
Transmission skid is not the same thing as the main transfer case skid. It is smaller and only used on automatics. You do know the skid plate IS the support for the trans/ Tcase, right?

Update: Heard back from Savvy. Here's what they say about the product link just above. "Yes that skid will fit. It is an Engine & Tranny skid it does not cover the tcase that is a different system."
The Warn style has a loop for the driveshaft
Yes, I've decided to just modify the factory plate.
