When did Bestop add this billboard and are my brand new windows permanently creased?

I was happy with the Bestop frameless NX that was on the TJ when I bought it so I bought one for the LJ. First of all they added this huge logo on the back of the top. Hate it. Also, the top was shipped in a box that seems big enough for a TJ top but the LJ side windows were folded and they look horrible. I may not install for a little while but I am not happy with it.

Bought my TrekTop last year and it had a big yellow sticker on the back window. Peeled that off although the mark is still there.

I had similar creases and they came right out during the first sunny day.

Mine doesn’t have the bestop logo on the vinyl. Kind of ugly.

Once you get that sumbitch all stretched on and some sun it’ll straighten out right quick. If not warranty is easy with them.

Their customer service is second to none and if you notify them you may even get a free set of windows .
 
I had a tiny interior stitch issue that effected nothing. I sent them a picture and they sent me a new top and told me to keep the old one. I'd complain and get some free windows.(y)

They’re customer service is non existent as far as my experience with them goes. A couple emails to which they responded, “call us”. A few calls leaving my number for a call back and never heard from them. I gave up trying. Fortunately the issue was an installation mistake on my part that has been resolved.
