Does the '05 / '06 have a PCM dust cover?

I've been searching online for one and can only find for up to '04.
I just checked the parts list here in the resource guide, and it doesn't show one.

Yes, the early models have a plastic "box" that covers the top half where the plugs are.
Just curious as to if the later models do too and this one is just missing, or was deleted for '05/'06

My 03 does not have one and I've often wondered about ordering one from ebay or something. But then I started wondering why they were deleted. Heat issues? Seems like the connectors would be pretty well waterproofed but I do worry when I open my hood in the rain to air up my tires.
 
It seems that two of the connectors are missing their covers as well (which I also can't locate).
I'll prb build something for it as it rains more here than Seattle.
