I make a point of going for a “Sunday drive” every Sunday to get my drivin buddy out and see the backroads and blow off some energy. Today we stopped by the Freedom Rock to check out the latest version.

A good reminder that "Freedom" is not free. Thank you to those who served.

I took one of mine for a ride yesterday , had to pick her up from the vet. She used to jeep with me all the time but not so much anymore now that she’s getting older and has to ride in the back seat since my son has the front, she gets a little on nervous riding back there and keeps trying to get up front.
She loves riding in the jeep though, her name is Mina, part australian cattle dog, part pitbull. Probably the best dog I’ve ever had

Well we got a COVID puppy, she’s almost 6 months, Golden Doodle (75% standard Poodle 25% Golden Retriever) and she loves riding in the Jeep with me. Working on making her a gun dog too, we get to ride to the field in the wind and practice retrieving. She’s getting pretty solid, and sat through 3 Dove hunts and isn’t gun shy, and loves the water, so giddy up.

@Hog , not a word to Buddy and Roscoe about this thread. Please. My vacuum is gonna burn out. Blame heelers sleeping in it. Buddy can climb 6-7 feet up a brick wall...no joke.

That is a pretty dog.

Reposting since my original got lost in the update:

We rescued our dog, Luke, three years ago. He's a great dog, but suffers from separation anxiety. We've been looking for two years for a companion dog, but nothing peaked our interest until recently. Here's our second jeep dog, complete with the new puppy smell. Her name is Dagny.

This is big brother Luke meeting Dagny.

Luke has been great with at least 6 others puppies in my extended family, and seems to be doing well with the new pup. He has reminded Dagny that certain toy are off limits, but otherwise there has been no issues. Twice today, they were playing tag. Dagny has an advantage where she can fit under certain furniture where Luke can't go.
