Who has the best TJ?

That wheel/tire combo looks great. What wheel is that?
Thanks. Those were the original Dick Cepek DC-1 polished aluminum wheels. People always thought they were chrome because I polished them monthly. Back then I even shined up my MTZ tires. :)
p.s. I loved my dark tinted half door window uppers.

That makes sense. 🤣 I run DC-2's. I guess I still love them.

Nice!! Any regrets on that Metalcloak lift. Every time I about pull the trigger something else comes up.

I've run one on both a TJ and LJ. On a TJ it will net more than the advertised lift. The only major issue I had was the front track bar. MC isn't the best short arm, but it's not the worst either. Before buying, do your research here and read through all the pros and cons.

Sounds like they're the smart ones!.?😎😎😎🤣🤣🤣

That's really cool.

Did you play little league baseball there? If so which league and what era might that have been?

I did play little league. The league was the Altoona Little League (I think) and the field was across from the 4D's (the highway goes through it now). The coaches used to take us to the bowling alley after the games for ice cream. I gave up what was thought to be the longest home run hit at that field - over the scoreboard in right field, bounced off the roof of a house across Logan Ave. I never really forgot that :) . Anyway the era was definitely post-Civil War (it was the 60's).

I have not lived in Altoona since 1986, so almost 35 years. I worked for a time at a food warehouse out in Canan Station before college and after I graduated in '86 moved to New Jersey. I live in northeast Pennsylvania now, near Tunkhannock, with my wife and our 14-year-old daughter, and I am entirely too old to have a daughter that young. But we soldier on :).

How about you? You say you live near Altoona - whereabouts? If there's a bar nearby chances are I've been in it - maybe even tossed out of it.
