Kids love TJs

I can chime in here too! My parents both have had Jeeps for a long time. My dad a CJ5, and my mom a CJ7 they bought new in '82. This was my mom's daily driver for about 20 years and what I grew up in. Jeeps have been in my blood for as long as I've been alive and pushed me to find a TJ of my own. The dream lives on in my kids too.View attachment 197641View attachment 197642View attachment 197640

My 12yo son loves the Jeep so much he falls asleep while off roading! 😂 he says the slow speeds and rocking back and forth puts him to sleep. He says he wants a Jeep, Hopefully in 4 years I can find a nice TJ for him.

Looks like you have a nice one for him... time to find one for you and make it nicer!

Mine think it's their own personal jungle gym. They are constantly asking me to pull it out of the garage so they can "camp" on the top of it.

My kids get restless and grouchy in the car for more than a couple hours but they're good all day wheeling in the Jeep. They also like to use it as a jungle gym any time they're with me on the garage. I do wish they'd leave the rear view mirror alone, I've had to glue that back on after my 2 year old pulled it off.

Same kid at about 6 weeks old (this has always seemed like an odd photo to me, but my wife thought it would be cute):

His big brother, who basically never stops moving, finds Jeeping so relaxing that it's basically the only time he can fall asleep that he's not in a bed. Notable places he's fallen asleep - Tincup Pass and Ophir pass.
