Also, is this the stock bolt? Or is stock a torx head?

kinda hard to tell with the video but possible, i dont think thats an oem bolt. also depends on the trackbar itself. put it all together wiggle the steering wheel and see what moves at the bracket. that will give you a better diagnosis.

If the bolt hole is round then it's not wallowed out. Yours looks normal. The first video of the bolt in the bushing is irrelevant. The bolt doesn't have to match up exactly as it's the clamping force from a properly torqued bolt that holds it in place. My guess is your bracket hole is the same. Best thing to do is take a picture of the bracket with the bolt removed and post up. Either way, the solution is to simply tighten it back to spec and go about your merry way.

man go to autozone and buy you a $50 1/2in. drive torque wrench. it will come in handy later, even if just to torque lug nuts

Ok I took videos of dry steering so y'all can see the play. This is after I tightened the axle side bolt back in.

The frame side moves too, which is odd because the ball stud appears to be tightened past where the cotter pin can engage the castle nut. 🤔

Something doesn't add up...

The 2001 Factory Service manual that I have says 55 ft/lbs for the axle end and 65 ft/lbs for the frame end.
Another source that I used said what I posted above, but I have found several other sources with additional specs.
