hey guys i have a couple spare axles laying around and thought someone else may be able to use them. i just want to get rid of them now so i'll let them go for $120 a piece preferably to a local buyer (Bozeman MT) so i dont need to deal with shipping but if you're willing to pay shipping i can make that work.
Dana 44-mid 80's dodge passenger drop low pinion 44 w/ posi, ford 5x5.5 outers & factory manual hubs. unknown mileage, gearing is supposed to be in the 3.50 range according to the guy i got the axle from.
Dana 50- Twin Traction beam axle from a late 80's early 90's ford f250, high pinion, factory gearing, 8x6.5 pattern, open diff, complete except for missing hubs (uses dana 60 locking hubs). unknown mileage or internal condition, i haven't opened it and dont plan to.
unrelated to selling the dana 50, my plan was to use it to convert a 44 to the 50 outers and run 35 spline shafts i have since decided to save for rcv shafts but if anyone finds the 50/44 hybrid interesting there are many threads online on how to do it in different ways. Just a thought.
