Help with front drive shaft

2001 Wrangler sport 4.0 l automatic transmission

While replacing my u-joints this piece came apart and the needle bearings fell out it is a Spicer part but I cannot read the number can someone please tell me what this part is called and better yet give me a spicer part number thank you in advance

What order would you suggest cuz I can see it's going to be a b****
I just rebuilt my front driveshaft. I watched a few youtube videos to prepare. I think the key is not to press in the new U-joint bearing caps until you get the centering bearing in place.

I didn't need a special tool to remove the bearing caps. I was lucky enough that a few hits with a BFH was all that I needed. I did soak everything down with WD-40 before I tried to disassemble.
 
disassembly and rebuild really isnt as difficult as it appears. ive done standard u joints in the past a handful of times and this really wasn't that difficult as it was made out to be.
watch a few YouTube videos to see how it comes apart then go from there.
I managed mine first try, took about a half hour (with non rusty parts).
