What upgrade should we do next?
Just figure out when. @Midnight LJR and I learned enough off mine to make yours even better.I still need to outboard and a few other things just to keep up with you.
Amazing work like always. Now let's go test it out.Well today I made some bash plates for my GenRight stubby bumper out of REAL 6061 T6. I was inspired by a tread on here;

I'd be game, I need a shake down run. I can toss on the tailgate and drive mine if need be. We just need a snow storm.We might have to do another snow run before Moab.
Yes you do but it’s the wife’s tractor.Nice job on your TJ. Do I see a new box scraper and mower for your tractor?

I started with some 3/8” plate that I ripped down to the height of the facia of the bumper. The piece in the middle was a test piece to see how tight of a radius the material would bend.View attachment 230289
I used a 1.5” diameter stainless pin to get the correct radius and not stress the metal too much. Pay no attention to the crude method I’m using it will be replaced with a design that @mrblaine dropped on me.

then I cut the returns and mitered the bottom 3 sides and the right angled end at 45*, the top 2 were cut to 37*.

Nice Doc. You don’t often see people fabbing up aluminum in their home shop. Very cool.Well today I made some bash plates for my GenRight stubby bumper out of REAL 6061 T6. I was inspired by a tread on here;

It's so close. I know it was like it before but, great idea replacing the rivets with bolts.I recently changed the wrap on my trail doors, they used to be black carbon faux-ber in a satin finish, they looked good enough to fool most people. I tried a yellow carbon fiber in a gloss finish thinking if it didn’t color match perfectly the pattern would help blend...I was wrong.

Looks like paint or go back to the other wrap. If WE paint it I’ll probably change the fasteners to an undercut hex drive flat head screw and paint it assembled.It's so close. I know it was like it before but, great idea replacing the rivets with bolts.
Get some yellow base. I have plenty of clear and self etching primer left. They'd need to cure for a bit before the clear isn't tacky so you'd need to pick them up a different day or I can wrap them up and bring them to utah.Looks like paint or go back to the other wrap.
