I'm not a mechanic by any means, so any help here is greatly appreciated.

The jeep runs great but when idling it will overheat after 15 mins or so. I noticed that when it gets hot, the fan never kicks on. Do I need to replace the fan or are there things I should check first?

Also, if anyone has and links to a fan that will fit here that would be awesome.

Thanks.

Is that an electric setup? Were is the fan clutch?
I purchased this from someone who seemed to do a lot of bad repairs/swaps. I don't know enough to judge whether it was good or bad for him to do this but it seems to be a pretty controversial topic. I can't stress my "I'm not a mechanic" enough, haha but I have learned a lot fixing this thing up. I usually come here for help but I couldn't find much information on pasts posts.

I would go back to stock. There is a coolant replacement thread from @Chris . You should find it and read it. I am no mechanic myself but that post helped me alot.

That is not the 4.0. I believe one of the 4cyl engines did have an electric fan which is what the photo looks like.

OP: you can download the FSM for your year and it will have a series of tests for the fan.

That's the 2.4L engine which comes with an electric fan from the factory. I'd first check the engine coolant thermostat/switch located at the front of the engine on the driver's side, just above and to the right of the idler pulley and an inch or two above the serpentine belt. It has an electrical connector on it.
