Next to angry bird grilles, this is my second least favorite modification. It’s strange too how many people out there actually think they are beneficial. Lack of education on them I guess
Almost every modded TJ in Australia has a snorkel, its like a passage to necessary 4x4 mods after a lift and 33,s and we are all sand lol
I almost bought a Chrome grille today without any advise! bargain at $100 au but then I see the error of my ways!

I’m not anti chrome grille on older Jeeps (some CJs pull it off nicely), but I’m not a big fan of one on a TJ. Even though one edition of the TJ came with one IIRC
In a local FB group about Wranglers.
I asked which OME springs I should use. Light Duty or Heavy Duty.
A guy responded: HD, because LD will sag faster.
I responded: how so?
He responded: they are harder.
I told him: They are not, they have exactly the same ratio, HD are just .5 inch longer
He told me: They should be harder and more durable no matter what.
I never replied back.. I had no hope for this person anymore.

I just realized that I've been watching this video now for almost 3 hours. Mesmerizing indeed....
When I started looking into getting bigger tires and wheels I went to a recommend local shop that worked with a lot of wrangler. Talked to the guy running the place told him I was thinking of 32's with 15 rims. The guy said "hell no, go with a 20 rim minium" and he proceeded to pull out his phone and show me pictures of all his street Jeeps. Absolutely disgusting lol

Im guessing it’s 3.5, but really I don’t know. Maybe it’s 2.75? Who knows....but my TJ sits and rides / performs perfect. As everyone always states on this forum, “every Jeep is different”.
