Anyone running either the ProComp 1069 polished or ProComp 69 polished wheels?

they seem very very similar - any opinions and or pics?

The "69" designation is for the entire series.

Currently available in the "69" Series:

1069 - polished
7069 - flat black

I run Pro Comp 1069 wheels. They are reasonably priced, readily available so if you wreck one it doesn't hurt much to get a replacement.

SOME dents in steel wheels can be pounded out with a hammer, not all. Not to mention on some trails, steel bends easily enough that it's ridiculous.

This steel wheel is the result of a tough weekend on the rocks, it happened to a guy I have wheeled with several times.

I experimented with steel wheels for a while but I couldn't keep up with all the dents and bends and went back to aluminum.

This is my former TJ during its experiment with steel wheels, it was a mistake for the type of wheeling I enjoy. If it's a rocky trail steel wheels don't hold up for long. I'll never run another steel wheel on a Jeep wheeled in tough conditions.
