Is it safe to run all my electrical wiring Right off my battery? I feel like I’ve seen somthing that hooks up to the battery and you can run cables off of that individually

It's safe, assuming the loads are fused properly. The issue is it's not very convenient. Adding a distribution block is usually recommended.

You can wiring in a separate distribution fuse block to power up the added accessories; that way you don't have so many wires connected to the batter clamps.

If you take a tiny step back for a second and contemplate how the factory did it, they run all the wiring off the battery with two cables, one to ground, the other to a power distribution center and fuse block. Use that as your how-to.
