Am I okay to add more of this coolant?

Hello,
Last year I had my cooling system flushed and filled with this product, which I've attached to this post. I noticed earlier this week that my overflow reservoir is at or below the Low mark, so I want to fill the reservoir back up and make sure that I am adding the same coolant that is in the rest of the system.
Is this a suitable coolant that was used? Am I ok to add more of this?

You are supposed to use HOAT or Chrysler MS9769 and you used OAT which is D3306 or Dex-cool. Probably not a big deal but it's the wrong stuff. I'd flush and use Chrysler, Zerex G05 or some other HOAT that is for newer Chrysler vehicles if it was mine. You can also use plain old ethylene glycol, the green stuff if you change it every couple of years.

That's not the ideal coolant but until you can flush the entire cooling system to replace it, yes it's ok to add more of that to bring it up full as it should be in the reservoir.

Zerex G-05 would be a better choice for when you can have the cooling system flushed so it can accept the G-05 without problem. :)

Thanks for the quick responses! Since I didn't have the coolant that is in the system on hand, I just brought the overflow reservoir up to an acceptable level using distilled water. Not ideal, but it sounds like I am in for a cooling system flush soon, for sure before winter now that I've added distilled water.
Jerry, for my reference later, is this the product that you are referring to?

Tagging onto my old post:
Is it OK to mix Mopar MS-9769 and Mopar MS-9769G? All I'm looking to do is bring my overflow reservoir from low to full.
This is somewhat related to the original question that I asked last year :)

If you are just filling the overflow a bit I'd use distilled or water that way you don't have to think about it. Water always works.

For sure. I'm still interested if Mopar MS-9769 and Mopar MS-9769G can coexist, primarily because I have 9769 on hand.

You may not have gotten the answer you wanted (good or bad) because the last we heard you just added distilled water to the weird stuff already in there. You did mention plans for a coolant flush before last winter but no update as to what or when.

Anyway, I'd be surprised if Mopar MS-9769 and Mopar MS-9769G can't coexist. The little searching I did doesn't say that it could mix but if there was anything bad to say about that, there'd be pages of results regardless of the wording of the search.

Now I'm trying to figure out how you have MS-9769 on hand but probably (still not sure) already have the MS-1969G in the system. Are both still readily available? Or maybe the MS-9769 just is not quite sold out yet, pushing the MS-9769G further back on some shelves.

You're right, this is what I get for piling onto an old thread :)
I did flush my cooling system, but my overflow reservoir has been at the low level since January, after all the air worked it's way out of the system.
I have MS-9769 on hand because of another Chrysler vehicle.
The cooling system currently has MS-9769G in it, which I now cannot find, but I do have MS-9769.
I would also be surprised if they cannot coexist, since I was under the impression that 'G' simply denotes that Zerex is the manufacturer.
Basically I would rather add actual coolant if I can, so I can avoid adding distilled water and having to flush again sooner.
