Looks like I have all of my leaks taken care of. Except loosing oil from the vent line after highway runs. I moved my vent to the highest point on the inspection cover. I almost did this before the install but talked myself out of it. Anyone considering a flipped 300 I would advise moving the...

Folding down the windshield—how do I remove the wipers?

It’s not really very difficult. Lift up on the wiper pull out on the tab where the arm slides onto the splines. Slide the arm off. I fold mine down several times a year. It’s not a big deal at all.

    Ball Joint Play With Video

Dry steering test. Have someone jerk the steering wheel back and forth while you are under the front end looking and feeling for any loose components.

Currie front track bar too long?

Any chance you have mismatched wheels, one side with more offset/backspace?

It is a nice hole. Not real deep but it works. Water isn’t as cold as usual this year. But we spent most of the day in the water. Was a nice break from the heat and stress.

Here is a video of the Jeep in action. Not a great video. This is Low/Low gear at an idle.

Looks like I have the doubler all sealed up. Ran it parked in gear for over an hour. Will test drive tonight. I did notice previously some random bits of oil on the 300. Clean it off and it wouldn’t return so didn’t think much of it. For some odd reason I checked my vent line and found it was...

Well no leaks so far. Got oil in it. Been running in gear for 45 mins without drive lines. Tired of pulling it apart. Will let it run some more then sit overnight before reassembling. Lol. I am a bit paranoid now.

Ya I have no idea why it has been such a pain. Pretty simple assembly. I blame the brush on thin gasket maker. Lol

The 300 isn’t leaking, yet. Lol. The doubler box didn’t like my original choice of sealant. The flip kit I used moves the shift rods to the top so the seals are not below the fluid line. All old unused holes are taped and pipe plugs installed. So far the 300 has not been the issue. The NWF eco...

Now if I can just get the doubler box to quit leaking. I used some brush on permatex gasket maker, under the recommendation of someone. It obviously was the incorrect stuff to use as every joint is leaking. I pulled the box and regasketed with Ultra Grey RTV. Letting it cure for 24 hours. Then...

California 231 t case with SYE.

Worked good when removed. came out of a 4cyl with manual trans, so it is a 21 spline input. I would probably replace the chain before installing.

Got to play a little with the new cases. It is very nice to not have to work so hard. Just let it go, nice and slow and controlled.

Here is a photo of my shift levers arrangement. And one of my water tanks in anticipation of my well water coming to a halt.

I am looking forward to using them. I will get a video comparing stock low to the new low soon. Just pretty busy trying to prepare for no water.

Ya. Lol. Not good. Not sure how long my well will pump water but new wells are about a 6month wait. Looks like I will be hauling a water tank to get by.

Well my shocks are going to have to wait a while. I was woke up this morning by my wife who I formed me we had no water. Looks like our well has succumbed to the dreadful drought. Pump guy was able to drop my pump a few feet to get the water flowing again. But it won’t last long as the water...

We finished up the installs today. Gonna love the new gears. I will get a video up of the stock vs lo-low gears. At 7-1 there is almost no change in speed when you give it gas. Looking forward to using them on the trail. It was way too damn hot today in NorCal. Was hot enough to shrink the...
