I love each one for their unique styling, to be sure, but I guess if I had to live with one forever, it'd be the '60...or the '58. No, the '59. No...yeah...the '60...:sneaky:

By the time I got to the last pic of the pink Caddy, I was openly weeping... 🥲

Major project. I had the entire front clip cut off, and the front of a '66 Ambassador welded on. It increased the wheelbase by four inches, and gives it the "over/under" headlight stack. There was only one built (see story). I want a clone of that car, so...

Yes, @Apparition , the Marlin is my favorite AMC of all time, followed by the Gremlin (of which I have a '71, at this time). Sick and twisted, aren't I? ;)

I wanted one painted like the Marlin (red with black roof and trunk). I've owned several Marlins. Have a '66 in my garage right now, in fact. So, yeah, I'm down with that. (y)

Some hate 'em, and some love 'em. I'm in the latter group. But like @cliffish and the Lotus Elise, I just don't fit (head is pressed up against the roof). Another dream shattered...:( Crossfire

That'd be my guess. But if they're the real deal, and not clones or tribute cars, then I'd venture a guess that someone will do it. Imagine not saving 'em, even though they were HEMI cars (just a supposition on my part). Just seems highly unlikely that they wouldn't put forth the effort in a...

Looking at them, though, you just know that they're rebuildable. Folks with deep pockets have saved far worse. Still, yes...very sad to see. :(

Like the PT Cruiser, it was cool for about twenty minutes when this first showed up. Now? Nope! It shows imagination, but lacks taste. Knowing what each "section" is inspired by ('57, '58', '59) makes it all the harder for me to accept. Just my opinion, of course. ;)

Not sure I want this promotion

Took today off just to enjoy this moment. I just got back from the bank. I officially no longer have a mortgage. Paying the house off is a huge first-step for me. I literally had goosebumps when walking out the door of the bank. The situation was made all the sweeter by having the opportunity to...

From "autoevolution": "The donor car for this sleeper build was a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack, which means the loud pedal controls 485 ponies without any mods. And, as is the case with the truck mentioned above, whoever slips inside that mint-condition interior gets to enjoy a stick...

Ditto. Always thought they were cool, whatever the history. Wonder how visible they are to the car behind it?

I think the "flipper" turn signals are called "semaphores" (I'm sure a VW fan can correct me if I'm mistaken on that).
