Since it never gets warm enough here to stretch on its own I start everything on and put a Buddy heater inside to loosen everything up.

I wanted to be, but I ended up with the now infamous H96B serial version that is on its way to Milwaukee for warranty. Mine had the trigger stutter right out of the box. If you can you want to look for the ones with the H96A serial. This is the first M18 tool that I have had any trouble with...

Dana 30 Aussie Locker and Yukon Spin Free Installation Observations

That is a pretty big pair of Waffles you carry. As for the hubs they are stronger than you think and while a spare is a good idea with your current setup go out and enjoy it and just pick up a set when you can.

You will have to change out the trans as the AX5 behind the four popper is barely enough trans for itself and definitely not enough for a V8. At the minimum you will need to find an AX15 and a new input gear for the NP231. Advance Adapters has the stuff for doing the AX15 behind the 302.

Yep, the biggest thing was the elimination of the three piece case to increase strength and moving the seal ring for easier installation.

If you at the pics of when I was running TSLs the center lugs were siped. I had Les Schwab do the siping and they cut them too deep so they chipped pretty bad but the extra traction was good. Ideally with a TSL if you sipe them right you can actually do it twice as long as you never sipe the...

They are but you will have to go through an ARB dealer but you can call them and they can point you to who is closest.

Is it a good idea to buy a used ARB super 35 kit?

It is an RD105 which is current production and with the four popper is a good choice. For the most part there is no case break on a DAna 35 so lower gears will have a thicker ring gear. Besides the seal housing you will need the ARB shim kit and the specific bearings for that case. Here...

Probably should have done this years ago. Did not take long to figure out how big a difference siping these BFGs made. Yesterday would have been the real test but this morning we had three inches of fresh pack and I could immediately tell it was helping. Previously I had to run down to 20 psi...
