Does anyone know if you start the Fordyce Trail from Cisco Grove and go to the first river crossing and turn around you go back up a very steep hill; would you need lockers and a winch for that portion of the trail?

Were you running a hard trail?

I know a few people running 40's. It's getting totally ridiculous. I though at least a couple years ago Sierra Fest had a maximum tire size of 37.

I would fix your steering as soon as possible. Mine went from 30 to 50% really fast and then the brakes automatically started pulsating on and off-traction control system reading different wheel speeds. Had to get it towed to an Alignment shop.

Have had Deer and Gold Valley on my to do list, but haven't run them yet. The other trails are above my pay grade and Joey won't give me a raise.

I could be up for an Eastern Oregon trip, in the future, if your still planning that trip.

Jim- We're looking at doing an exploratory trip (mostly new area for us). Tuesday hit Cow, stay Upper Lake. Make our way up M-1 and side trails to Covelo. Next day try Green Valley and camp at Pillsbury. Take side trails around area and end up at Upper Lake. Do you think this is feasible with...

Thinking about heading up to Georges Valley Trailhead off M-1 next Thursday. Do you think we can get through?
