    One more item that might be of help is the FSM. You can see where the larger diameter bolts go (4). They are labeled 5/16". Also, not trying to insult you, but keep in mind that these torque values are in inch pounds.

    Andy, You can manage to get a small ratchet and a socket back there with an extension and a wobbly. I have done that before. For greater access or to use a torque wrench, I have removed the wiring harness cover in that case. See video below (not me).

    Have you checked Wermopar? They have one in stock for a 2002 4.0. It has the ports for the auto transmission lines, but just leave them capped off since yours is a manual.
