    Help identifying axle for parts

Watch the video.... The passenger wheel has a wobble. I'm guessing parts for these hubs super hard to find now...

Dana 30 shims slipped out of place

I should clarify that it depends on what locker you are installing. But most master install kits provide shims that go outside the bearing. Did the e-locker instructions have you put them under? Air lockers like ARB have a hole that the seal housing must cover. It requires shims outside the...

Calling all TJs with 5.13 gearing (or deeper) that had or currently have vibrations at highway speeds

That's a common issue with the 42rle that hasn't been solved. There was a Jeeper on the old forums (Unlimited04) that tried chasing it down and could never find it. And he did EVERYTHING to try and eliminate it. He never had any problems with it, just the ever so slight harmonic vibration.

    Help identifying axle for parts

I have a coworker that was gifted a Jeep before he moved to Colorado. He has no idea of the jeeps history. It has Warn hubs front and rear. The passenger side needs to be rebuilt but I don't want to take it apart until we have parts in hand. I'm not a warn hub expert so I don't know how many...

Is this new gear sound normal or not?

Just confirming you got 19 in/lbs, not 19 ft/lbs.... And that you in fact have pinion pre-load shims installed before going to 190? 🤷🤷🏼😂

Is this new gear sound normal or not?

Don't touch it, it's fine. If anything I would say pull one or two thou..... But don't. Your good. 👍

Is this new gear sound normal or not?

If your pinion depth was set correctly (have a to pic of the pattern?), your backlash was set in spec, and your pinion preload is correct then I would run it. Noise comes from improperly set up or cheap gears (what brand did you use?).

    Functional rock sliders

Something tells me that this will be coming in the near future.... mini boatsides, fully custom the way you want to build them... I'll leave it at that.....

    Time for a 241OR rebuild

It's the side to side or up down (same thing) that's a problem. In our 1/64" is fine. Rotational is fine to a point too (lash).
