Yeah, the plate supports the trans/drive train. When removed should be supported, try to jack up the drive train or get the skid back on there.

Shrimp ceviche you say, just made this now….chilling in frig. I cheat and used cooked frozen shrimp and thaw to start, safer that way, love this stuff.

Just to add to this for others searching. Ran the Jeep yesterday, as always ran fine but once stopped would not start, turn key and just the ABS light and radio flashing with gauges jumping. Cleaned battery terminal real good and started right up, they did not really look bad but seemed to fix...

I have only used it a couple times when out since mine stays in the garage. I think it fits well with the soft top down and adjusted right but not sure about with the bikini, will likely not fit as good with that on.

Rain gear makes a nice one too if just covering the inside.
