Was taught to hand tighten plugs, I did mine in a rush couple months ago and ignored that part. Used a socket to screw the back #6 plug. Felt like it was tight, must have been spinning then caught and cross threaded. Blew the plug while driving (didn't know that was a thing until it happened)...
