What tool do you use for cutting away the rusted area? I’m going to try and do some repairs like this but need to know what tools are necessary first.

No, I my TJ there was an adapter screw type piece that connects 2 to 3. It screws into both and establishes the connection.

Hi, all. I’m looking for the screw that attaches the radio antenna to the base that is mounted on the body. Is it a common item for sale someplace or maybe part or an assorted pack of antenna screws? Any help appreciated as always.

From what I can see the seam of the oil pan on the left side is completely covered in oily crud. There is also a burning smell after driving. There doesn’t seem to be any oil leaking from valve cover. RMS area seems okay. The pattern of oil on the floor seems to indicate multiple leak points...

Thanks, Jerry. I already use this type of oil based on your advice in other threads. I’ve done some more looking and it appears the problem is where the oil pan connects. There is a ton of crud and caked up oil along the seam there. That may also explain why i get the burning oil smell and the...
