The float is real. I'm 0.7* high and at 4.7* caster, I'm on the edge. Still have front ds vibes.

    Re-geared, now I have a vibration above 50 mph

From what I read in your thread the small Yukon kit increases the axle width by 3/4" per side?

    Re-geared, now I have a vibration above 50 mph

I'm re-reading your thread now. Want to know what obstacles I face with my Vanco 15" BBK. I want to stick with my lug pattern and keep my wheels. No plans to go any bigger than 33x1050x15 tires.

    Re-geared, now I have a vibration above 50 mph

I'm going to replace the front input yoke on the TC and play around with the front pinion angles some more in a last ditch effort. Its been nice driving without vibes these past couple days, but a 2wd jeep is not in the cards as a cure.

BF Goodrich KO2 vs Patagonia M/T and noise levels

I wore my KM2's down to about 7/32's and couldn't take the noise any longer. They actually created a resonant frequency at 50-60 mph that drove me nuts! While I can't give any advise on the Pats, I have 2k on my KO2's and they are quiet as a mouse and grip well in the wet stuff.

    Help identifying current lift setup

I would be concerned about clearance of that dropped track bar setup at flex. Might want to cycle the suspension and make sure stuff clears. Usually you don't see a dropped track bar setup like that on 4" or less lifts. My suggestion would be to put a Currie or JKS adjustable TB on, lose the...

    Re-geared, now I have a vibration above 50 mph

Revisited the front drive shaft yesterday and removed it. Drive home was vibe free. I still detect a faint rumble not felt in the wheel/seat/floor like I did pre-ds removal, but I think I'll attribute this to the TT and the drive train being closer to the tub. I'm going to drive it for a few...

I could be mistaken about that gear ratio suggestion with your 32rh, so the calculator would be the way to find out.

Rebuild, replace, or upgrade Trac Loc?

Take off slowly on pavement while making a hard turn. If they be chirping, they be a working.

Rebuild, replace, or upgrade Trac Loc?

I doubt your TracLok is worn out already. I have the same D44 with TracLok, and when I re-geared at 140k miles, the clutches were still in good shape. I went ahead and replaced them anyway since I was in there.

You could gear to 4.56's and run 33's to see how you feel about it. If it just isn't your cup of tea, the 4.56's would still be ok for 35's as an all purpose rig, IMO.

If you had an LJ then I'd be more on board with 35's cause they just seem to fit an LJ's profile better. 35's on a TJ just seem too big, and that is just my opinion, not bashing on folks with 35's.
