Could it be my fuel pump again?

I honestly can't think of what else it would be. I mean I want to call it a fluke, but if it does it like clockwork each time the conditions are right, it certainly could be the fuel pump failing. You can always cycle the fuel pump when it's been sitting for 1-2 hours. Use the key to prime the...

Could it be my fuel pump again?

If that's the case, it stands to reason it's going bad. Those crappy store brands tend to fail in a matter of several years, so I honestly wouldn't be shocked if it's slowly going bad. Replace it with a Bosch unit if you can find one, or a Delphi if you can't.

Does this sound like a failing headlight switch?

A new switch will just plug-right-in in place of the old one.

Yes, I have the shocks and now the mounts, so I just have to find the time to mock things up and do the cutting / suspension cycling. My plan is to get to it after I install the PSC hydro-assist this month.

Could it be my fuel pump again?

Yes, what pump did you replace it with?

Does this sound like a failing headlight switch?

That to me sounds like the contacts inside of the switch are starting to wear out. A new headlight switch will fix this.

Arizona Elvis Trail and Highway to Hell (maybe)—Florence, Arizona (December 5th and 6th)

Correct, but as previously mentioned, it’s not terribly tough and there are many lines to pick which would allow for a very easy path, in addition to a number of obstacle bypasses.

    Zone 4” lift revisited

Here’s a gothread by @CasterTroy on this lift: https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/zone-lift-18-months-later.2832/ It’s a cheap lift and you get what you pay for. For on-road driving I’m sure it’s fine. If you plan to do a lot of wheeling, I wouldn’t suggest anyone buy a Zone lift.

    The perfect spring?

Aren't "Savvy 4" springs" just Currie 4" springs? Or does Savvy make their own springs now? Very cool though that you managed to make those JLUR springs work for you. Like you said...only cost you 60k
