    Nowhere else really to post this. I did NOTHING to my TJ today. However, I did fabricate a grinder stand/tree. It makes everything easy to access and can be moved to where ever the work is going on. Bonus! I made a matching paper towel holder!

    Tighten up your backlash and rerun the pattern. Apply pressure like shown in the video. Edit: you did that as I was typing. You still look too deep. Maybe by only three or five thou.

    You are still WAY too deep. Take everything out from behind the race, get backlash in spec and run another pattern.

    First choice for me is a lube locker gasket. Done with RTV.

    40 ft/lbs and they will break. FSM calls for 30. I have still broken a couple at that spec. I tighten them all to 25 now with no issues.

    You can bend the drag link to push it out if necessary. I had to do that to mine.
