Yeah it’s very close on the inside but I didn’t have to do any filing of the square part on the carriage bolt like I thought.

Update I got some 3/8th carriage bolts and some extra lock washers and a couple 3/8th stop nuts and it finally fit pretty good. Thanks all for the help

I need maybe 1/4 inch 😭 die grinding the back side of the fairlead opening would work. I just don’t have the ability to do that I don’t think. I have a drill bit and a cordless drill lol thank you guys for the help

They are size 5/16 whatever this is lol I have them backwards actually the nut on the back is supposed to be the other way around but this is the way I could get more clearance, just not enough. I thought about getting a different fairlead but that would probably have the same size hardware...

I got the rugged ridge raised winch plate and am trying to install the badlands apex 12k winch. The fairlead bolts are hitting the body of the winch and I can’t get the holes to line up properly. Any suggestions? Or if anyone is thinking about getting this combo might run into this issue.

I just ordered the Toyota h4 conversion. Gonna check out the bulbs they come with. Would these hella high wattage bulbs be any good or just stick with the stock ones it comes with?

Had a little worse problem later on. I was replacing the axle shaft u joints and couldn’t get 2 clips off. Tried to just push it out anyways. Became a headache because the top of the u joint cap came flying off but left the rest of it on the inside of the ears of the shaft. Might have to buy a...

Hey yall I’m trying to change the ball joints on my LJ. I can’t seem to get the rotor off. I’ve gotten all the necessary bolts off. I’m wondering if I have to take off the wheel spacer? This thing is no budging. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
