    Confirming Rear Driveshaft Vibration

Yep hear, I was really interested in how this was resolved with OP but no answer yet. I have 2" lift on front and 1.75" on back on 32s for 3 years, and just recently noticed a slight noise in drive train between 45 and 55 mph. Tires are balanced so changing diff/tfr case fluids next to check...

Does anyone have experience with a Gates or GMB water pump?

Does anyone have experience with a Gates or GMB water pump? I know, mopar is the one, but they are not available unless you want to pay north of $260, if you can even find it. So for kicks, let's forget mopar for a minute, and entertain me with any real experiences with the aforementioned...

Jeep Wrangler TJ Cooling System Overhaul FAQ

The only mopar water pump I see at Amazon is $457.33, aint payin that! There is so much conflict on parts #s and prices, it's hard to know what to buy. Ebay didn't offer much better. I found an item with #4626054AF on amazon but no pictures, no reference to wrangler, no reviews or questions...

TJ slows down at highway speeds and feels like it's bogging

Yep, 307s with the heavier tires. It jumps through lower gears but 5th is a struggle, lol. If that's just the way it is I can live with it.

TJ slows down at highway speeds and feels like it's bogging

Yes, this I wondered too. I have no idea how old the cat is either but it does run great at lower speed and through the gears, even when hot. Could the vacuum reservoir have this affect?

TJ slows down at highway speeds and feels like it's bogging

No it just slowly drops speed once i get it to 65 or so, especially on cruise, then it will slowly gain it back. Never hear a thing. I know I have the tire and stock gearing issue but that really doesn't bother me since it's a 5sp. I really was wondering if anyone heard of this that had a cat...

TJ slows down at highway speeds and feels like it's bogging

Haha, yep, this is what I've figured too. Having had a YJ and a CJ7, all inline 6s, none of them go fast but they all go through!!! (y)

TJ slows down at highway speeds and feels like it's bogging

I guess you dint read the part about the 2.5" lift and 32s, and all the other stuff I did to it. If there were other mods I would have listed them.

TJ slows down at highway speeds and feels like it's bogging

99 TJ 4.0 5sp. Once hit highway speeds, jeep slows down, feels like it bogs down. Does this whether on cruise or not. Weird since it runs well around town, rather quick too. Since I've owned it for 3 years, replaced O2 sensors (NGK), new mopar IAC valve, just changed plugs and wires recently...

    Accuracy of touch up pens?

That's pretty big, might would sand that down and use a rattle can i/o the pen. Where is the chip? Is it where you can use body lines to hide a touch up job?

    Accuracy of touch up pens?

Seems the darker the color, the more noticeable it is. I tried it on my chili pepper red jeep and the pen was darker than the 20yr old paint. The rattle cans i used were closer match. I've seen silver and tan touch ups that are much less noticeable.

    Going from a 4.5" lift to a 3" lift

On the death wobble, don't rule out balancing tires. If you can find a shop that can do force balancing that's even better. Doesn't take much on big tires to start loosening things up and wobble.

    Post-trail service

After watching a few yt vids on it I took it in to a buddy's shop and added to the list of to dos. He owns a shop that specializes in 4xs so they knew exactly what to do

    Post-trail service

Yeah, it's weird, I've never really thought about the lube job, and I've had jeeps going back 30 years. I do rotate and balance though, comes with the tires too. With all the squeaks and cracks, it was obvious the joints were way overdue. Won't go that long again. I ran 18psi, since climbing...
