Is there a fuse for the washer pump? Never mind, I think not, found pump is bad

Picked up '04 tailgate hinges, they look like new, and match my paint, but very stiff. I know they were in sealed, indoor storage for many years. What's the recommended lube? to loosen these up?

Can't see where these are vented, presume it's remote. Is it a combined vent for both? Where is vent located?

What is stock rear sway bar diameter? My '03 Rubi, came with dual-tops, I imagine all models are same size Mine is 15 mm, I'm guessing it's stock. Listings seem to range from 13-16 mm?

PO installed a 4" lift and I don't know what brand parts he used. My rear sway bar bushing are shot. Does anyone know if these bushing sizes typically remain the same as stock ones when a lift has been added? Any tips on where to get replacements if I need to measure and order universal parts?

Did any/all TJs come with a steering stabilizers?

It seems wrong to me that my rear driveshaft (Tom Woods) doesn't have a boot to cover the slip joint splines; they seem too exposed as-is. I imagine a boot would help keep out debris and water to a fair degree and preserve the grease, extending slip joint life. What are your thoughts on this?

Can't break DS axle nut free. Tried breaker bar then impact wrench, to loosen, think it maxs out at 150 ft-lbs. Had this off two years ago when changing seals. How much heat, what temperature, can I apply to nut without overheating bearing/melting grease? Thanks
