It’s something that’s been happening for a while but it was something that just started all the sudden, there was no build up. Warped rotors was my first guess which is why I had them check and they did replace the front end rotors but said the back end was fine. Didn’t fix the issue though sadly

If the wiper blades still moved after a few hours of being stuck towards the bottom of the windshield but then got stuck half way up the windshield is it the motor or do you think something else?

So update, i went out to do what you said and I started the Jeep and the wipers started to go again but got stuck again but even further up the windshield, would that eliminate the pivot?
