at present I own 2 Jeeps, a 4 cylinder with 130,000 on the clock, and a 6 cylinder with over 214,000 while the 4 cylinder is great out on the trails, it can't do anything the 6 cylinder can't do a bit better and the 6 is far superior on the highway...I'd take the 6 over the 4 as a daily driver...

no, the dimmer isn't on the stalk, it's on the dash..you just turn the headlight switch knob for dimmer, and pull it for the lights .....and now I'm sitting here thinking, I only had it a week before I put the LED's in, and I don't remember ever messing with dimming the dash lights when it had...

lots of "things" are done to vehicles, and especially to Jeeps, that shouldn't be done...this is one of those "things"

in the TJ or the YJ? in the TJ they look green, when the green lights are on..my gauges have white needles

I've got green LED's in my TJ, and amber ones in my YJ...funny thing is the ones in the YJ are still able to be dimmed... the ones in the TJ do not, they're either on or off, with no dimming in between :(

if I ever get around to taking the half doors off the TJ, I think I'm going with CJ mirrors like I did on my YJ

I've got this one from Genright on my YJ SE..along with a MetalCloak aluminum front bumper here's the pic from the site...mine is an older version that has 4 holes evenly spaced across the back, that they offered clear LED lights for....you're not going to find one much lighter than this kinda'...
