I've adjusted the pinion from up down +-3 degrees in .5 degree increments. 0 to 2 down was the best and still not gone. To check the output yoke. I assume remove front ds put it in 4wd with the rear in the air and let it run?

Well lots has changed since my last posting. Went from 33s to 35s. Jcr sliders. Savvy front bumper. Warn M8 winch. Anti rock. Swapped lift from the rubicon express 3.5" lift to a savvy 4" lift with fox shocks. Dirtworks rear bumper. Moryde tailgate reinforcement to hold the spare.

The issue where your turn signals make your dash light up. Check the wiring or the LED panel of the rear light. The signal wire of the turn signal is bleeding back into the running lights. I suggest unplugging all your turn signals in the front and disconnecting the rear lights. That will help...
