Exactly that set up works on mine, however after wheeling for a couple years the bracket started to weaken and needed to be re-welded and strengthened a little. I also added a 90deg angle bracket to the rear bumper, directly under the tire to support it.

Hi, just finishing up rear led tail light install on my 05. Grabbed an EP27 relay from Ebay, all installed and everything is work great! Except when I turn the hazards on; they don't work, and the EP27 makes a buzzing noise. So faulty relay?

Anyone know if there's any difference in the rear track bar from LHD to RHD? If possible an overall length measurement of the LHD rear track bar much appreciated. Thanks

Morning folks, I have seen a couple of stock tie rods bend now, and to my surprise found that they are hollow. Left me wondering if theres any reason a solid steel rod could not be inserted to strengthen them up a bit? The HD tie rods on ebay/amazon sure seem expensive for what they are.

Try moving the corners around further toward the rear panel. I align the edge of the black plastic flange on the soft top corner level with the metal flange it clips under. IE move the corners closer togeather.

My 2016 JK had the motors, it was kind of handy when towing

Thanks, from what I found in another thread there seem to be 2 types of seal, one that has a flush finish kind of dust seal, and one without. All of the U-tube vids I have seen use flush finish type. Just about every trip we do here involves water, so I will 'upgrade' the one I have I think..

Before I take the old seal out, can someone help me out and tell me if this is the correct replacement part? The inner diameter looks ok, but it does not appear to have the outer lip like the original seal so I'm a bit hesitant... This is an 03-06 TJ. Thanks in advance

No it should fit ok, but only just. The pioneer is the only (decent) powered sub I sould find that would fit without lifting. If you do lift the seat be sure to cable tie the seat adjustment cable out of the way, (centrally) or it will jam when you slide the seat back and forth..

Following the toubleshooting proceedure as well as I could, I wound up at the steering column, and as I removed the plug for the wiper stalk it almost fell off; the retaining clip was not engaged. Seating it firmly back into position resloved the issue. I love easy fixes! Bitch to find tho....

I have no power at the plug, it was intermittent but stopped working completely now. The pump works great. The wipers still work, are the wipers and washer on the same fuse?
