I need to replace the rear swaybar bushings on my 06 unlimited. I being told that I can't replace the bushings in the links, I have to replace the entire arm. Opinion anyone?

I know it been addressed before, but I can't find the thread. How do I remove a rusted on brake drum. The shoes are not locked on, but the center of the drum is locked on the axle. I remember seeing something about a two part solvent that worked pretty good. Any help would be appreciated.
