    Would the ASD relay make the jeep hard to turn over? Once it cranks it runs fine.

    Yes it was almost the same as the battery 12.83 then drops to 11.5 when trying to start.

    So I changed the battery and it's still doing the same thing. Starter should be in today. If that's not it what else could it be?

    Weak as in the starter doesn't have enough power to turn the motor over. No clicking what so ever.

    My battery was at 12.83 when trying to start. It drops to 11.4.

    My 99 jeep 2.5l is weak starting. The battery is 3 months old. Starter has been tested several times and the alternator is charging. Any ideas on what the issue could be? I've cleaned the grounds and checked all the connections.
