Any idea goes to get the large bolt for the transmission skid plate out when the nut just spins. Thinking of cutting a slot in the skid plate do I can slide it off.

I just bought a 2005 lJ with low miles. The catch is it was towed behind a camper for a number of years. I am going to rebuild the front end and am wondering if there is a upgrade (stronger) track arm? I will be putting new 1 inch lift H&R springs in along with new just about everything.
