    Which hard top hoist?

    After messing with straps to take off the hard top i will be using a hoist from now on. The question is ceiling or truss mount, or wall mount? Manual or electric? 12 volt or 120 volt? With or without remote? I know, lots of questions, bit i want to get this right. Thanks.

    Just finished making a hoist system to remove the hard top. Some 2 x 4's, eye bolts, rafter ties and winch straps. Hope it works.

    Finished the repair to the window frame above the door skin. Small dent and paint chips. Painted with pewter metallic per a forum member suggestion. Could not find silverstone metallic, (PS5) LOCALLY. Color is too gold, not a good match.😟

    Jeep won't start unless I push start it

    If starting voltage is too low most of the voltage will be consumed by the starter and there will not be enough to light the engine. Thus push start works. Starter could be over drawing?

    Suggestions for a louder exhaust system?

    I had a flowmaster on my gmc sierra with a 8.1. When i towed my camper the sound was so annoying i could'nt wait to get to the campground. Changed it back to stock, much better now. My tj sounds good to me stock. JMO

    I use a lot of different tools but the one that has really saved my butt from time to time are needle nose vise grips!
