I felt like once I crept over .070 it got too deep. My available shims for the carrier kept my backlash in the .007 range or over .10. Thanks for all the help! I'll button this up this weekend hopefully.

Thank you gentlemen. Back at .069 with about .008 to .009 backlash. Shims for the carrier a bit limited with only being able to use arb's shims. Backlash adjustments are either in spec or just above .010 or below .05 Also ran a .068 with .009" backlash.

Thanks! I'll give it a try see what shims will allow. I have a bunch of shims but since this is a 30 spline locker I'm limited to what ARB provides. I ran the other pattern options to see if I could dial it in any more. I knew the .069 was close!
