Has anyone used wj steering knuckle's for bigger breaks? If so did you like them? Or anyone have any info on this?

My Spartan lunch box came today, going to put it in tomorrow and plan on testing it in the snow tomorrow and ice is coming on Saturday... I will see how it does. Despite hearing the "bad" things about them on snow and ice I'm really excited!

That is what I was thinking and that's why I adjusted it more. The picture is set at currie's recommendation.

When first accelerating and at low speed it sounds as if the joints are "knocking".. you can hear them like "clunking or knocking". I don't know how to describe the sound but I know the sound lol. I just put all new u joints in the driveshaft.

So here's what I did... I went with currie's recommendation and then I put an angle finder on the pinion and driveshaft to make the pinion in line with the driveshaft. In doing that, I had to adjust the uppers out about a full inch. Had vibrations so I adjusted the bottom out to tip the pinion...

So it doesn't say keep them stock length. After looking into it farther the difference is 1/4" longer on uppers according to Currie recommendation.

I put that Currie 4" lift in and it recommend running the stock control arm length, but I didn't. I adjusted it for proper double cardan driveshaft but still have vibration. When it had weight in it it seemed to help so I made it closer to factory which helped but not fix. So I adjusted it...

The 8.8 doesn't mount like the Dana 35. The 8.8 has a flat mounting surface vs. the u joint

How important is length on the rear driveshaft? Are they all pretty similar? So here's my problem.. I have a Currie 4 inch I'm going to put in with a sye. I have a Dana 35 rear right now but going to be building an 8.8. I just want to "get by" for now with the Dana 35. I don't want to spend big...

I have the same question... What lift are you running? I was thinking about just matching the factory angles because my lift works with factory axles!?!?

Also about the track bar. I think I would use the one on the jeep. Not sure your plans on reusing the old brackets. With everything I've seen, the ppl that reused the brackets wished they would of bought a kit. With that being said, using the brackets (old or new) when you go to upgrade your...
