I'm not running the fuel cell....I'm running their tank. Its designed to accept the TJ fuel pump. Plug and play. Only issues that I had were making the emissions work but I got that figured out. Here is a post that details everything: Gas Tank Post

FWIW, I have a Motobilt tank in the back of the TJ with no foam in it and I haven't had any issues with it. Yes, I can hear the sloshing at times but I've never had any feeding issues....yet.

Yea, I need around 22" so looks like I am going to need to fab up some brackets.

That all looks good. Word of advice: pick up a spare belt and idler pulley while you have the part numbers and throw them in your parts box. I smoked the bearing on my idler pulley 2 weeks ago and took out the belt. Neither is stock and finding the right sizes took me a while.
