    My trans/tcase skid plate is never coming off again unless the clutch blows or smthin long story lol so cant get the whole exhaust out of the way going to cut it at the downpipe before the cat and clamp it back in its not a daily driver i only use it during summer so not worried about that to much,

    As for the exhaust bolts I know will not come out I am going to cut them hopefully I can get the plasma cutter in there.

    My oil pan rotted out on my 2003 tj 4.0 manual trans it is leaking bad now I have not been able to find any good vids on what is involved i can already tell exhaust has to come off how bad of a job is this?

    Yea I am due to give it a once over tune it up ect I have neglected it a bit as a summer beater have to fix some other stuff so it passes inspection it sat since sept fired up today no prob ahaha its a beast I have had the new luk clutch and flywheel on the shelf just never did it but now its shot.

    I actually never did it jeep isn't a daily driver I used it til end of summer took it off the road its getting warmer now so I will still need to do this soon as well as my clutch is pre shot.

    Misfiring isssue

    Check compression my buddy's 4 cylinder sounded just like that and it was a burnt exhaust valve.

    When i replaced manifold on my buddys 4 cylinder i took the whole dam fender off made it 100x easier plus we where putting new fenders any ways.

    You would be surprised lot of shady mechanics out there personally if I am overheating like this id replace everything with how cheap these parts are.

    Are you sure the clutch Fan is working? sounds like the most likely cause to me. Also as everyone else says Dat grill Lol... i have never had a problem with aftermarket radiators from parts stores ect.

    Nice jeep that frame aint nothin compared to the one I just picked up :ROFLMAO: does not look to bad flush it out coat it ect maybe sometime down the line you will have to weld a strip of metal on the bottom of rails but thats no big deal.

    97 2.5l failures?

    Do the timing chain/guides while you have it out. What went bad with the engine that is in it? i dont see these engines blow up as often unless someone really tried.

    I have no idea what tjs have for auto trans however. I had a 98 Cherokee that did this and I had to replace the pressure sensor and solenoid in the trans pre common.

    Air conditioner concern

    Yes thats normal idk why they drip into the frame I made a small shield for my old tj to divert it. If you think your ac is not getting 'as cold' you will need to throw a set of gauges on it and check it.

    You would have to hit something prty hard to bend a axle Also to Me it looks a bit pricey for what it is.

    Not sure about the rest but Rancho shocks suck in my opinion i have them on my truck and had them on my old tj ride was terrible after 2 months I am about to remove them from my truck.

    Your jeep wont start soon looks like its ready to break off any decent mechanic should be able to do the job dealer not really needed in my opinion.
