I’ve driven my TJ round-trip from Texas to Indiana twice over the past year, and averaged 16.5mpg. Fortunately low range works good for dragging logs. That overdrive ratio is INSANELY high.

Burning coolant can confuse the O2 Sensing, and result in an unnecessary rich condition & torching inside the catalytic converters.

I recently drove my 2003 TJ with 120,000mi on the odometer from Texas to Indiana and back without any problems whatsoever. I'm just staying on top of all the recommended routine maintenance items. I do carry a blue-tooth dongle to read any code that could possibly trigger, but no trouble yet.

I don't believe the new MOPAR Radiator will come equipped with the male fittings, so you'll need to reuse the originals.
