What would be the reasoning for ever putting an E rated tire on a jeep. I never ran them on 1/2 ton trucks , I do have them on my 2500 suburban but only at 50 psi, not the 80 psi stated on the door sticker.

In my opinion the Qt's are hard to beat for the price, the Wtecs were in my suburban when I bought it , I would never pay that much for them. I may even swap them out and put them on CL. They do what they were intended but don't stay in place very well.

I just installed the quadratecs , also had them in my last yj, I really have been pleased with them. I have weathertec in my suburban , I had to put a screw into the kick panel because the edge had curled inward .

Damn, I must be really behind the times, I listen to ,Bad Company, Skynard , Zeppelin , the Eagles ,anything that requires actual talent to play, which rules out pretty much everything today. Dont even get me started on what they now call " country music ".

My last jeep was a 95 yj with 4cyl, did a chevy 5.7 swap , ran the stock yj radiator for over a year and it never got over 195 , spent good money on an aluminum v8 conversion radiator ,it still ran 195, it just looked cooler under the hood.

Glad you found it , stuff like that will drive you crazy, I only drive mine occasionally and I never remember to look for the rattle until I here it. Kinda like you never remember you need wiper blades until it rains.

I have a noise that sounds like something loose inside my glove ,or behind it. I've even removed the glove box to no avail. Its a plastic sound not metallic at all.

I had a similar idea, market a snorkel with E.T head on top wrapped in a blanket!
