Has anyone had any luck running this?

I hear it's not that great in the wet, but it is load range C, so at least its not too harsh.

Need advice on fixing this paint

The great thing with paint is you can always sand and start fresh. The only thing I would add to the previous response would be to watch videos on spraying techniques in general. You can see in your pics where you stopped a pass with your spray can midway across the door. Try starting to spray...

    Body lift install help

I just did one myself a couple of weeks ago and did the same as your picture above on all the mounts. The ones your working on now were the trickiest. At some point you just close your eyes and use The Force to get everything to align and the bolt started.

Any seat cover recommendations for Corbeau Moabs?

Ordered vinyl in hopes that they will stay cleaner, but knowing they will be a bit sticky. My thought is to cover them with something more comfortable that I can wash and/or replace as needed.

Any seat cover recommendations for Corbeau Moabs?

Hey everyone, Good or bad, I have a pair of Corbeau Moabs on the way. I went with vinyl with the intention of covering them with something that I can hopefully wash now and then as, after 17 years or so, the factory cloth seats in my Jeep are looking pretty terrible. Just wondering if anyone...

    Windshield Frame Guards

While I don't have these particular pieces, I've gotten a few other things from UCF now and, overall, I am very happy with their stuff. (aluminum front bumper, aluminum winch plate, and front cage pillars) Shipping has been fast and everything has been just as described and has fit as it...

    Bump stop conundrum

I think it might be better to add the extra stop to the bottom up front because if you make the top bump stop longer, at some point, it will bind with the spring and risk getting pulled out. As far as your dilemma about having the Jeep stuck on the rack, you could just run the stock bump stops...

    B&M auto shifter 81187

Looks great, and I'm liking how they say it operates. May "have to" look into this.

Jeep heating issue after lots of work

Search for messages about heater cores. I had 2 issues that caused weak heat. The first was I had to work a bit to get all of the air purged out of the system. I ended up using a funnel that attaches to the radiator to help purge all of the air out of the system (here...

    Hissing sound on startup

Do you have a cold air intake? I installed one on a previous Jeep and it would make that noise on a cold start. So, I think it is normal. You just generally can't hear it with the OEM air box.

    97 Cruise Control Resistance Values

I ordered a new 97 back in the day and cruise was not an option. I had to install my own after getting it. I just used an aftermarket unit back then that did not involve the factory computer and had its own controller.

Wrong or Bad Flasher Relay for LED Lights?

The relay I put in mine when I installed LEDs will continue to click, but only for about 3 or 4 clicks. It was amusing at first, but now I barely notice it. Are you sure yours won't stop at all?

    Wiper arm swap

I think you'll need to swap in the 3.6L to make the wiper arms fit.

Disable key off dome light activation

I actually wish there was a way to get it to stay on a bit longer. It only remains on for 5 or 10 seconds.

Stock Rubicon axle dash switch with a new Locker

Hmm.. Good question. At first I was thinking it would be no problem. There's probably some wires you won't need, but surely it will have a way to make the connection. But now I wonder because the movement of the switch is more like a momentary switch. It doesn't have positive on/off. You push it...

    Best mild tummy tuck?

I have this and it has served me well. I also did not want to make all of the other mods for raised skid. Just smoother and tougher was good enough for me.

    Pizza Cutters

I dig 'em, but $335 each? That's nearly $100 more per tire than a BFG 33x10.5. That's going to be a bit of a tough sale. I am looking forward to hearing more about them.

    Recommendations for Lightweight Rear Bumper

Yes. It uses the existing nutserts and bolts on the bottom of the frame. The cross member has holes for the nuts and bolts that go on the outboard sides of the shackle mounts. I drilled the other 4 inboard ones and added nuts/bolts and the largest washers I could fit to further spread any loads.
