Complete dash and engine compartment wiring harness has been replaced along with the power distribution box and relays. Every sensor, coil pack, etc has been replaced.

I would like to send them to you to see what you come up with. I have sent these back to CarComputer Exchange three times and it will not drop the 02 sensor codes and will not run.

I have 3 PCM's. I am sure they are not all bad... thanks

Update.... I actually bypassed the ASD system to no avail. The shutdown occurs when shifting to closed loop. The dash will go dead and will no start until cool down.

I actually think it is the ASD system making it die... but there is nothing I can find to make the ASD short out.
