My understanding was reverse driven gears in the rear are weeker while they are stronger in the front. But if im wrong someone shall chime in.

It doesnt look like the top of the part is lined up with the frame on the outside have you tried lining that up and see if the holes align better?

Well that answers my question...ive got no experience with the savvy underarmor so im pretty useless,maybe @mrblaine will know what to do or provide better insight.

From this picture it almost looks like there is distance from the part to the frame is that true? If so have you tried to line them up with a little force?

my understanding is if you heat it the metal expands in all directions and and contracts. Without being withstrained it should go back in to forum. How far off am i ?😂

I know about the science itself with heat expansion and cooling leading to warping and ways to prevent it. Sorry as i might have been misleading in what i was saying. I did call myself a proficient welder and one would hope a proficient welder would know such info😂 I appreciate the brush up...

Oh, on that point i couldnt agree more but it comes down to learning new things. Understanding how things work.That sometimes more enjoyable than just hitting order. Who knows maybe i just end up buying them life and time can only tell.

Well i mean it will be a challenge but tacking it in place then clamping some aluminum to it to keep it straight and not burn though would be my plan of attack maybe i missing something? Feel free to educate me
