Message from Gerald at Savvy Offroad

I've been emailing back and forth with Gerald since March 2023. There has been lots of excuses, but I get the impression that Gerald is being sincere and is also frustrated by all of the delays. Initially, I was going to post the entire email thread, but it isn't necessary. It was me asking...

    Just got my new hardtop

I bought a bulldawg highlander right at 1 month ago. And got it delivered today. I can't wait to get it installed. Gonna be a couple more weeks since my buddy is out of town and I'm working nights right now. Question, what to do with my old soft top and hardware? Trash or sell?

Where can I find rear brake rotors that are dual drilled or 5x5.5?

Howdy everyone/ I searched for awhile but had no luck locating rear rotors that are either dual drilled or 5x5.5. I know there has to be a compatible rotor that is already 5x5.5 but I had no luck trying to cross reference. Thanks

    WTB: Savvy Aluminum front bumper

Like the title said. Ive been told that Savvy is a race shop that dabbles in parts... Not sure what that means.. I kinda figured that a race shop would manufacture and install parts.. This took me 3 days. 3 Sheets of white plastic paneling, 6 different colors of spray paint. And a 10x20 sheet of black plastic. My LJ in view for forum relevance

    Currie Dana 44

Finally arrived . Right at 14 weeks. I’m gonna wait until the end of August to install it. Too hot right now. I just got my rear 44 regeared to 5.38 with an arb rd109 and 35 spline axles. I was running 4.88 with 33’s and it was just ok. When I went to 35’s it was a dog, always hunting for...

Need help with 35-spline axles (ARB 109, Dana 44)

Howdy everyone. I need to start sourcing parts to do a re-gear in my LJ. My search the web ability is weak so I thought I’d reach out to y’all. I’m pretty sure the ARB RD 109 is correct, as is Yukon (yg-Dana 44-538) but I’m stuck on axles for disc brakes and the correct master install kit for...

Anyone have any reviews or opinions on Carbon or Currie axles?

Not if it was doable. Steering , brakes, not to mention an existing Dana 44 , etc

Anyone have any reviews or opinions on Carbon or Currie axles?

I know this is a necro post, but why couldn't a competent machinist machine TJ/ JK inner and outer knuckles to fit F450 ball joints?
