Put new plugs in today since I have no idea when they were last replaced. They actually looked pretty good. #2 and #6 had a pretty big gap .65 or so and #2 was missing a bit of electrode? The rest were real close to .35. So my question is there are three coils so which cylinders do they fire?

So twice my bank 2 sensor 1 has sent a fault code for heater fault 0155. It clears and only faults when it gets really cold out. When I record bank 2-1 and bank 1-1 bank 2 is all over the place while bank 1 is not so wild. I’m suspecting bank 2 does not have the “ntk” brand sensor but an off...
